Arun Karthik Mynepalli hails from India and is an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate of the prestigious university-BITS Pilani. He started his career as a Technical-Marketing Co-op in the Silicon Valley at Cypress Semiconductors, San Jose – USA (Now Infineon), and then worked as a Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductors, Noida – India (Now NXP). To understand and solve the grassroots-level problems of society, he spent the next few years of his career in the social sector as a Fellow at Teach For India, which is part of the global Teach For All network, and as a Manager at NASSCOM Foundation. In these roles, he worked on the improvement of education and digital literacy in low-income communities in Hyderabad and the Telangana region of India. He later moved back to the technical world of product development in IoT and Cloud-Engineering and currently works as a Regional Integrations Lead at Darwinbox, a leading provider of cloud-based Human Resources Management Software (HRMS). In this role, he oversees the solutions and implementation of integrations for Darwinbox’s clients by understanding their IT landscape.
