Huan Zheng (Joy) is the Founder and Executive Director of the Youth Leader Fund operating under the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation. The objective of the Youth Leader Fund (CBCGDF) is to create sustainable development and provide solutions for urgent issues about social development alongside youth leaders in tech innovations and culture & art. The fund also emphasizes beneficial commerce and helps explore technology for humanity’s well-being. Joy has shared her insights at the UN Climate Change Conference on behalf of Youth for four consecutive years.

Joy is also the Deputy Secretary-General of G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance China Council, a global network consisting of young Entrepreneurs and supporting organizations. The council convenes each year in advance of the G20 Summit to champion the importance of young entrepreneurs to the G20 member nations and share our experiences and practices. Joy also serves as Director of the International Center of Sustainability (ICS). ICS brings leading young entrepreneurs and technology innovators from 20 countries to introduce cutting-edge industrial information and help organizations develop commercial solutions for environmental requirements.
