Julian Ruiz Zamora
Julian has an established history of working in different countries, especially in Asia, in the food & beverages industry. He is currently managing director of The Good Food People, a company he founded in 2010, specialising in sustainable foods and wines. The Good Food People operate in China as well as within South East Asia.
Julian splits his time between Asia and Spain where he has been learning about food fermentation and the development of natural wines. He is also involved in a project of making grape seed oil where the whole grape is optimised from the skin to seeds.
He graduated in Economics & International Business from the European University of Madrid. He is passionate about the ocean, animals, and sustainable food. Julian is an advanced scuba diver and enjoys sailing in the Mediterranean.
