Karen Feng
Ambassador
Karen is a product manager at SAP, China. She started as a software engineer in SAP Labs Chengdu in 2006 and transferred to SAP consulting in 2010. In the next 8 years, she successfully supported more than 20 global customers build up their data analysis &decision support system as Business Intelligence(BI) consultant, BI solution architect, and project manager. In 2018, Karen accepted the offer back to SAP Labs product management of a flagship product which aims to help customers run better in a more simple and sustainable manner.
At COP26 2021, SAP has committed to accelerate SAP’s timeline to net-zero from 2050 to 2030. As one of SAP’s Corporate Social Responsibility ambassadors, Karen organized a series local activities to increase the awareness of environment protection and promote habits to reduce daily waste, such as restore the earth – turn waste into treasure with your own hands, donate second clothes and toys to build a forest. With these activities, the number of CSR volunteers in SAP Chengdu office has grown from 3 (in 2020) to 117 (by end of 2021). Because of this, Karen received Corporate Social Responsibility Award – Excellence in Volunteer Leadership.
In her spare time, Karen is passionate about all activities helpful for personal growth, both physically and mentally. She is a certified career development coach, design thinking coach and facilitator for Ready for difficult conversion. She loves traveling, hiking, diving (PADI Advanced Open Water Diver) and snowboarding.
