Laura Olszewski is a healthcare professional who has had a lifelong fascination with the ocean. It all started when she was in fifth grade on the coast of Oregon. It was there she was introduced to life in the tide pools. After that, she became fascinated with everything ocean-related.

Laura obtained her degree in health information management systems from the Ohio State University with a minor in biology. Although most of her professional life has been in the healthcare field, her love for the ocean and the environment continues.
